Greg Thomson - Managing Partner
Greg Thomson is the Managing Partner of AgoVox. Prior to founding AgoVox, Mr. Thomson spent 20 years in the technology manufacturing industry. Mr. Thomson’s primary area of focus has been in process improvement solutions to reduce the cost of manufacturing, improve time to market performance, and improve the efficiency of business operations.

Mr. Thomson is an experienced project manager and business development executive. In addition to managing multi-million dollar, multi-site, international projects, he has led business development operations in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Thomson graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1989 with a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering. He is also a certified Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt.

My high school Latin teacher, Mr. Becket, will be happy to know that I have finally put his lessons to good use in naming the company. My approach to process improvement is objective and based upon the review and analysis of key metrics for success. Subjective approaches to improving your operations limit your potential and in some cases make your operations even worse. There is a growing trend to apply manufacturing process improvement methods to other industries, specifically in the area of business operations and sales and marketing. When properly applied, these methods can yield results in just a few months.
